HARRIMAN HEARTS - PRESCHOOL MOVEMENT CLASS (Five Dock Only)

Harriman HEARTS is our specialised movement programme for children aged 2–5 years. It is a vibrant combination class that introduces little ones to the world of sport aerobics by blending the elegance of Ballet, the energy of Jazz, and the foundations of Acrobatics.

What to Expect:

STRONG BEGINNINGS CLASS - Thursday 3-4:30pm at Ermington Studio only

A fun beginner movement class to improve coordination and confidence, perfect for ages 4-12 years of age.

Unleash your child's inner superstar in our action-packed "Strong Beginnings" class! This 90-minute adventure blends the excitement of fitness games, the thrill of acrobatic feats, and the joy of dance into one unforgettable experience. Kids will boost their strength and coordination through fun fitness challenges, learn amazing acrobatic skills like rolls and cartwheels (with expert spotting, of course!), and express themselves through groovy dance moves. "Strong Beginnings" isn't just about physical skills; it's about building confidence, fostering teamwork, and sparking a lifelong love of movement. Get ready to watch your child shine as they learn, laugh, and discover their hidden talents!

EPS COMPETITION SCHOOL SQUAD

EPS Competition Squad: Elevate Your Performance

Our exclusive EPS Competition Squad is designed for talented and dedicated young athletes who aspire to compete at the highest level. This elite program is open to auditioned students from Ermington PS and is split into two age groups: Year 3-4 and Year 5-6.

What to Expect:

  • Intense Training: Participate in weekly 90 minute training sessions focused on refining your skills and techniques.

  • Teamwork and Camaraderie: Collaborate with your teammates to create stunning and synchronized routines.

  • Competitive Experience: Compete in local, state, and national competitions.

  • Professional Development: Learn from experienced coaches and develop a strong work ethic.

To be part of the EPS Competition Squad, students must demonstrate a strong commitment to training, positive attitude, and a willingness to work hard.
