STRONG BEGINNINGS CLASS
Thursday 3-4:30pm at Ermington Studio (EPS students afterschool beginner program)

This 90-minute adventure blends the excitement of fitness games, the thrill of acrobatic feats, and the joy of dance into one unforgettable experience. Kids will boost their strength and coordination through fun fitness challenges, learn amazing acrobatic skills like rolls and cartwheels (with expert spotting, of course!), and express themselves through groovy dance moves. EPS COMPETITION SCHOOL SQUAD
EPS Competition Squad: Elevate Your Performance
Our exclusive EPS Competition Squad is designed for talented and dedicated young athletes who aspire to compete at the highest level. This elite program is open to auditioned students from Ermington PS and is split into two age groups: Year 3-4 and Year 5-6.

Our EPS Mini-Squad is designed to introduce young athletes to the exciting world of sport aerobics. This non-competitive program is open to auditioned students from Years 1-4 who demonstrate a passion for dance and fitness.
